Di certo, mentre infuria la demenza dell’umana bestialità, me- ditare sulle  gure del passato è utile; non solo, è anche doveroso. E la  gura di Napoleone è senz’altro la più vicina a noi, giacché  glio della stessa nostra terra, dove si formò la sua stirpe.

Certainly, while the foolishness of human bestiality is raging, to meditate on  gures of the past is quite useful; not only, it is proper. And the  gure of Napoleon is with no doubt the closest one to us, since he is the son of our same land, where his descend- ants were formed.
